We take care of all the logistics, so you can focus on enjoying your time in southern Poland.
➤ We are a fully registered and licensed company operating in Poland, officially listed in the Register of Tourism Organisers.
We issue VAT invoices for all services provided. We hold all required licences for passenger transport, and operate in full compliance with Polish and European Union regulations.
➤ All transport services are carried out by licensed driver using fully insured vehicle, in accordance with applicable legal and safety standards.
➤ We operate under a mandatory financial guarantee (tourism insurance) as required by Polish law, providing our clients with additional protection in the unlikely event of insolvency, including coverage for essential costs such as return transport and service refunds.
➤ While we always aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience, certain factors beyond our control — such as traffic conditions, technical issues, or unforeseen natural events — may occasionally occur.
In all such cases, we remain fully committed to supporting our guests and minimising any inconvenience.
➤ Our priority is to deliver a safe, transparent, and dependable service — so you can plan your stay in Poland with complete confidence.
➤ We are happy to provide full documentation regarding our licences, registrations, and insurance coverage upon request. Full company details, including registration and insurance information, can be found in the Contact section of our website.
➤For your comfort and peace of mind, we recommend travelling with valid insurance coverage. Required to obtain a Schengen visa. Should you not already have a policy in place, we can assist you in arranging suitable coverage with a trusted Polish provider, tailored to your stay.
➤ Start by sending us an inquiry with your preferred travel dates.
You can use the booking form or simply contact us directly. Please include your approximate arrival and departure dates, number of guests, and accommodation needs.
➤ We will confirm availability and hold your selected dates for 24 hours.
This gives you time to arrange your travel (flights or train tickets) with peace of mind. Once your travel plans are confirmed, you can finalise your reservation.
➤ To secure your booking, a €100 deposit is required.
The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival or shortly before your trip — whichever option is more convenient and secure for you.
➤ For your peace of mind, the remaining balance can be settled on the first day of your stay.
A small deposit is required only to secure your reservation and guarantee availability.
➤ If you prefer additional booking security, the deposit can also be processed through OTA platforms, using their secure payment systems.
➤ We accept payments in both EUR and PLN, allowing you to choose the most convenient currency for you.
➤ Our primary airports are Katowice Pyrzowice (KTW) and Kraków Balice (KRK), but we can also arrange transfers from other airports upon prior confirmation.
After your reservation is confirmed, we will ask you for your flight details so we can monitor your arrival and be there on time — regardless of your landing hour.
➤ If your flight is delayed, there is absolutely no need to worry.
We monitor arrivals in real time and adjust pickup accordingly, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transfer.
➤ In case of major travel disruptions, we can also reschedule your stay to another available date.
➤ Our apartments are located in Bielsko-Biała, at the foothills of Szyndzielnia Mountain — one of the most desirable and scenic areas of the city.
➤ Each apartment offers 37 m² of private space, featuring a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a comfortable fold-out sofa.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, however for maximum comfort we recommend 2–3 guests. Final comfort level is always your choice.
➤ All apartments are modern, fully equipped, and prepared for a comfortable stay.
Each unit includes kitchen essentials, fresh towels, bed linen, duvets, and pillows. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in every apartment, and each space is professionally cleaned before arrival.
➤ To ensure full privacy, the apartment is entirely yours for the duration of your stay.
We do not provide in-stay entry or room service, allowing you complete independence and uninterrupted comfort.
➤ Due to the travel-focused nature of your stay, meals are typically enjoyed outside the apartment during your daily trips and activities.
This allows you to fully experience local restaurants and discover authentic Polish cuisine in different places throughout your visit.
➤ Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, giving you complete flexibility if you prefer to prepare your own meals.
You are free to choose what suits your lifestyle — whether it’s cooking at home, dining out, or combining both options.
➤ We can also take you to selected local restaurants and pick you up afterwards, making dining out simple and comfortable.
If preferred, we can additionally assist with grocery shopping or arrange food delivery and catering services for extra convenience.
➤ Upon request, a basic welcome supply can be prepared for your arrival, so you can relax immediately after check-in without any additional arrangements.
➤ You decide on which days you would like to use the transport service — from a simple airport transfer to full-day private transport during your stay.
Everything is flexible and arranged individually based on your plans.
➤ We travel in a comfortable Renault Espace, suitable for up to 6 passengers plus driver.
Depending on luggage volume, seating capacity may vary, so we always recommend confirming details in advance to ensure a comfortable setup.
➤ Transport is provided within southern Poland and nearby regions as a standard service area.
Longer-distance journeys (including major cities or cross-regional trips) are possible, but must always be agreed in advance so we can properly plan time, logistics, and availability.
➤ We do not charge per kilometre — the service is based on time, flexibility, and agreed travel plan.
At the same time, journeys are planned responsibly to ensure safety and sufficient rest time for the driver.
➤ Evening and night transfers are available, including events, concerts, or late returns.
In such cases, the schedule is adjusted to maintain safe and comfortable travel conditions for everyone.
My native language is Polish, and I communicate in English.
You are welcome to write in your own language — I will use translation tools if needed.
I take care of all local communication in Polish, so you don’t need to worry about language barriers or any formalities during your stay.

I can act purely as your driver, or I can also accompany you during sightseeing, walks, activities, or meals. I’m happy to support you at every stage if that makes your stay easier, safer, and more comfortable.
This option is especially helpful if you simply prefer having a local person with you — someone who knows the area, language, and local customs, making your experience smoother and more relaxed.
Please note that additional costs may apply in such cases, such as entrance tickets or parking fees if I remain with you during activities.
➤ You can adjust the level of my involvement from day to day.
Some days you may prefer full independence, while on others you might want full support or company — both options are completely fine and flexible.
➤ All entrance tickets, attraction fees, restaurant bills, and personal shopping expenses are covered by you during your stay, unless they are part of a pre-arranged tour or travel package.
If you would like assistance, I can gladly help arrange reservations or purchase tickets in advance on your behalf, ensuring everything is organized smoothly and in line with your plans.
In such cases, costs are agreed and settled in advance so I can take care of everything for you without any hassle.
