When you’re ready for the practical information — booking, arrival, pickup points and stay details — everything is outlined below.
➤For your own protection, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip.
If you prefer to use a Polish insurance company, we can help arrange a suitable policy.
➤If you need a statement or confirmation to support your visa application for entering Poland, we will gladly provide one based on your reservation.
➤We are a legally operating company in Poland. We issue VAT invoices for services. I hold the required passenger transport licence as well as a valid driving licence. Please note that we are not a travel agency — we provide short‑term accommodation and passenger transport services.
➤We cannot take responsibility for consequences resulting from factors beyond our control, such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays or natural events. Of course, we always do our best to minimise any inconvenience and we never leave our guests without assistance.
➤The first step is to send an inquiry for your planned dates. You can use the booking form in the Booking section or simply send me a message. Please include your approximate arrival and departure dates, the number of guests, and whether you need one or two apartments. (Initial prices are available in the “Book now” section.)
➤After receiving your message, I’ll confirm whether the dates are available. If they are, you send me your acceptance and I will hold the dates for you for 24 hours. During this time, you can book your tickets to Poland (flight or train). Once your tickets are purchased, you can finalize your reservation.
➤To secure the booking, you pay a €100 deposit to the bank account provided. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival or shortly before your trip — whichever is more convenient and secure for you.
➤For your peace of mind, you can make the main payment on the first day of your stay.
I only require a deposit to secure your arrival. If you prefer additional security, the deposit can also be made through Airbnb or Booking.com, using their built‑in payment systems.
➤We have bank accounts in both euro and Polish złoty, so you can choose whichever currency is more convenient for you.
➤ Our preferred airports are Katowice Pyrzowice (KTW) and Kraków Balice (KRK). Other airports are also possible upon my prior approval. After your reservation is confirmed, you send me your flight number. Your arrival time can be at any hour — I will be there waiting.
➤ If your flight is delayed, there is no need to worry. I will wait for you or pick you up from a different flight if needed.
➤ In case of major travel disruptions, we can also reschedule your stay to another available date.
➤ Our apartments are located in Bielsko‑Biała — you can check the exact location here (link).
➤ Each apartment is 37 m² and includes a separate bedroom with a large double bed, plus a living room with a fold‑out sofa. This allows accommodation for up to 4 guests, although for maximum comfort we recommend 2–3 guests. You decide what feels comfortable for your group.
➤ The apartments are new, cosy and well‑equipped with essential kitchen appliances, towels, bed linen, duvets and pillows. Fast Wi‑Fi is available in every apartment. The apartments are handed over clean and ready for your stay.
➤During your visit there is no room service — guests keep the space tidy themselves. This ensures full privacy, as we do not enter the apartment at any time during your stay.
➤ Because everyone has different dietary preferences, the trip is not combined with a meal service. You have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, so you can cook whenever you like. You can also eat in restaurants — I’ll take you there and pick you up — or go shopping with me to stock up on whatever you need. Catering or food delivery is also possible if you prefer convenience.
➤ If you want, I can prepare a basic starter supply for your arrival, so you don’t have to worry about anything right after landing.
➤ You decide on which days you’ll need me with the car — you can choose only the airport transfer or several days of transport. Everything is flexible and can be arranged together.
➤ During your stay we travel in a Renault Espace, which can accommodate 6 passengers + driver. Depending on the amount of luggage, the number of available seats may be reduced — please check this with me in advance so we can plan comfortably.
➤ I do not count kilometres during the trip, but it’s important to keep reasonable distances in mind and allow the driver (me) enough time for sleep and rest. This is essential for everyone’s safety.
Night travel is possible — for example after concerts, events or club nights — but it must also include time for proper rest the following day.
My native language is Polish and I communicate in English.
You can message me in your own language using a translator — that’s completely fine. I will take care of everything locally in Polish, so you don’t have to worry about any formalities or communication barriers.
➤ You choose how you want me to participate in your trip. I can be only your driver, or I can also join you during sightseeing, walks, activities or even meals. I’m happy to help at every step if that makes your stay easier and more comfortable. This option is especially recommended if you have concerns about xenophobia or discrimination (racial, religious or national). Having a local person with you always reduces the risk and makes interactions smoother. Please note that choosing this option may involve additional costs, such as entrance tickets for my participation or extra parking fees (since I may not be able to move the car to a free parking spot while accompanying you).
➤ You can also change the level of my involvement from day to day. Some days you may prefer full independence, and on others you might want support or company — both options are perfectly fine.
➤ All entrance tickets, attraction fees, restaurant bills and shopping expenses are covered by you.
